Hi, I’m Nora. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in Philippines, year 2001. I specialized in working with Seniors. My passion in working with Geriatrics started in 2005 when I came to Canada to work as a live in caregiver to a senior, it was a rewarding and fulfilling experience as the senior was able to stay at home for several years under my care while ensuring that she was treated with compassion, dignity and respect in her last years. This inspired me to pursue my license to become a licensed Physiotherapist in Canada.

Over 16yrs of my career, I have worked in different long term care facilities, in a day support program, and an acute care hospital. I have vast experience in dealing with dementia, various neurological, orthopaedic conditions and fall prevention strategies to assist with the frail elderly. I have excellent knowledge of providing exercise programs for balance, flexibility and strengthening exercises.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends going for walks, biking and camping. I would love to hear your stories and how can I help you!

Nora is currently serving St. Albert and West Edmonton. Contact Nora at nora@therapy2u.ca or 780-851-8897 Extension 128.

Bryson is a graduate of the University of Alberta Master of Physical Therapy program. His passion for physiotherapy began with his own rehab from the injuries he experienced during his time in athletics growing up. He was able to see firsthand how much of a positive influence physiotherapy could have on someone’s life and this inspired him to strive to deliver that same experience to others. Bryson began his journey to become a Physical Therapist through completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in North Dakota where he played 4 years of collegiate hockey. This experience allowed him to develop foundational skills in exercise prescription while also allowing him to put theory into practice as an athlete during training and rehab. Bryson has been fortunate to have had experiences through the rest of his educational journey which included time in multiple orthopaedic clinics, acute care hospital settings, neuro rehab and assisted living facilities.

Bryson believes that collaborative decision making and seeking to understand the client’s full story is key to developing an effective individualized treatment plan to help them reach their specific goals. Bryson uses a variety of techniques in his approach to guide his patients, including specific patient education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and self management techniques.

In his free time Bryson enjoys spending time playing sports, biking, rollerblading or walking with his two dogs in the river valley. He desires to continue to visit new places around the world and appreciates any recommendations. His goal in 2023 is to complete his first marathon.
