With a grounded, nurturing approach and a strong foundation in therapeutic work, Jamie is dedicated to the art and science of massage therapy. As a certified professional trained in lymphatic drainage, myofascial cupping, deep tissue, therapeutic, and pre/post-natal massage, she offers more than just relaxation—she offers transformation.
Massage therapy is more than a luxury; it’s a vital tool for physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Whether supporting a new mother through postpartum recovery, helping an athlete release deep muscle tension, or aiding a client post-surgery with lymphatic drainage, Jamie brings both technical skill and compassionate care to every session.
Clients appreciate her intuitive touch, detailed knowledge of anatomy, and ability to create a safe, restorative space. By combining traditional massage techniques with modern therapies like cupping and lymphatic work, Jamie helps stimulate the immune system, reduce swelling and inflammation, release fascial restrictions, and promote the body’s natural healing response.
When not in the treatment room, Jamie enjoys nature walks in Millcreek Ravine dog park with her dog Luna, meditation, continuing education, HITT running workouts, swimming and is deeply committed to personal growth and community wellness.
Jamie is serving Sherwood Park, Central and South Edmonton and can be reached at 780-851-8897 ext 203 or email at jamie@therapy2u.ca

Glhoveen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines. She strongly believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. The key to an effective and therapeutic plan of care lies in a thorough history and assessment, a collaborative approach, evidence-based best practices, and, most importantly, the compassion and creativity of a dedicated therapist. Glhoveen has gained extensive experience working with the geriatric population, handling a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and multisystem cases. Outside of her professional life, she is passionate about being a loving mother and wife. In her free time, she enjoys exploring different restaurants in the city and traveling with her family.
