I completed my training in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta and have over 25 years of experience working with adults of all ages - mostly with neurological, neuromuscular and chronic conditions. It is a privilege to be able to work with clients on their journey through life and wellness. While not working, I am busy with my beloved children and dog. Dr. Kurtis attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto for his chiropractic schooling which has a focus on evidence based care. He has experience in working with athletes of all levels, from Timbits hockey players to working as a trainer with the Vaughan Kings of the GTHL as well as several of our Canadian Olympic Sprinters. He has helped patients with post surgery rehab programs like knee replacements, ACL repair, rotator cuff surgery, etc. He has a passion to help people of all ages by incorporating research proven techniques for pain management and rehabilitation. Whether your goals are to hit new “personal bests” in the gym, or be able to pick up your grandkids without pain, he’s here to help.

His approach goes beyond just adjusting. He focuses on finding and addressing the root cause of your pain; working to release the affected muscles, mobilize the joints, remodel the tissues and give you the exercises you need to get you back to living healthy and pain free.
