I graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, both with Honours with Distinction and I am also a Teacher at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada where I teach Advanced Myofascial Remodelling as well as Craniosacral Osteopathy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.

I became an RMT & MOT because I am passionate about helping others, I’ve always wanted a career where I could make a difference in people’s lives and help others feel better, Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathic Therapy give me the opportunity to do that!

I provide treatment for the everyday population from babies to adults, but some of my favourite clients to treat are infants and children, as well as people who deal with Fibromyalgia, people who’ve been in MVAs, people who have had concussions or head traumas, and athletes who have had sports injuries. As someone who has had multiple concussions and injuries from sports, I know from my own experiences how exhausting injuries can be and how important it is to get treatment in order to recover and feel better! I create client-centered treatment plans to help you feel better in your body and enjoy a pain-free lifestyle.

Additionally, I am also a Lymph Therapist and have currently taken my first, second, third, and advanced levels of Lymph Drainage Therapy as well as a Neuroembryological Release of Ligaments and the Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and Fatigue of MS through the Chikly Institute. I have also taken my first and second levels of CranioSacral Therapy, my first and second level of SomatoEmotional Release, as well as my first level of CranioSacral Therapy for Paediatrics through the Upledger Institute and my first levels of Visceral Manipulation and Neural Manipulation through the Barral Institute and look forward to furthering my education in those areas!

As a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, I help your body heal by getting to the root cause of your symptoms, this is done by creating balance within your body so it can function optimally. During an MOT appointment, I can treat your organs using Visceral Manipulation, there will also be the treatment of the bones and joints using Osteoarticulations, treatment of your skull bones, pelvis, and spinal fluid using Craniosacral therapy, Advanced Myofascial Remodelling which treats your connective tissue (fascia), and lastly your lymphatic system using Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.

I look forward to helping you along your healing journey!
