Dedra Dupont
I am a registered massage therapist, having graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. Committed to ongoing growth in my practice, I am currently expanding my skills through advanced technique seminars with Seminars for Health, with plans to pursue cupping and IASTM certifications in the near future.
My approach to wellness goes beyond the treatment table. With backgrounds in both nutrition and yoga, I believe in caring for the whole person — body and mind. This passion for holistic health is at the heart of everything I do, and it drives my genuine love for helping people feel their best.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, staying active, and enjoying time with my son. I bring that same dedication to balance and well-being into every session, and I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
